Experience in the following:

TCP/IP network troubleshooting & configuration
Server 2003, 2008, SBS
MS Windows Platform including Desktop & Server
Exchange server, BPOS, Office 365
Antivirus and Anti-Spam technologies (Symantec, AVG, Webroot, etc,)
General networking and network administration
Firewalls (SonicWall, Cisco, Netgear, Juniper)
VPN remote access configuration & troubleshooting
Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, GroupPolicy
Virtualization technologies, Hper-V & VMWare

Desired Experience

Technical Client Service
Professional Project Management
Process improvement techniques
Desktop support
Technical education, AS or BS degree

Requirements and Certifications

5 years or greater of IT Support experience
Current Microsoft Certifications relevant to Server 2003, 2008, and SBS are REQUIRED
Microsoft Certifications relevant to Hyper-V, Business Intelligence, Cloud Computing DESIRED
