Applied Data Trends, Inc. Announces the Sale of EpiQ, Inc.


Huntsville, AL, August 17, 2010 - Applied Data Trends (ADT) announced today it sold EpiQ, Inc., its wholly-owned subsidiary.

"We believe this divestiture of our interest in EpiQ will benefit ADT's customers and employees, and will allow ADT and EpiQ to operate without conflict and grow in non-competing segments," said Derrick T. Copeland, CEO of ADT. "As part of our realignment strategy, ADT is reaffirming our commitment to support our long standing clientele in PEO Missiles & Space, PEO Aviation, PEO C3T and AMRDEC.
