Applied Data Trends, Inc. Receives Raytheon Supplier Excellence Award

Huntsville, AL, March 10, 2010 - Applied Data Trends (ADT) was recognized for its quality and performance by Raytheon Integrated Defense Systems. ADT received its Supplier Excellence Award at a ceremony for award recipients held on March 2, 2010 in Foxboro, Massachusetts.

Raytheon recognizes its suppliers based on three important factors: on-time delivery measures, sustained performance on quality and commitment to continuous process and quality improvement. "ADT enjoys a long-standing relationship with Raytheon as they continue to produce and improve the linchpin of the United States Army Air & Missile Defense arsenal; The Patriot Missile System." said ADT's Chief Operations Officer, Scott Hays. "We look forward to continuing this relationship well into the future."

ADT's role in the B2CP program dates back to 2004. Since then, ADT has successfully delivered software for Post Deployment Builds (PDB) 5, 6, and 6.5. PDB 6 saw the introduction of the Battery Command Post and provided an Early Entry capability allowing a Patriot Battery to fight without a deployed battalion. PDB 6.5 saw vast improvements in software stability and new functionality to support added Patriot Tactical capabilities. The B2CP program instituted significant process improvements, resulting in robust software and on time deliveries.
